ScaleIO upgrade failing for LIA Installation ID Verification

Upgrading from 2.0.1.3 to 2.0.1.4 to eventually move to 2.6.

Using the Installation Manager GUI.

Physical RHEL 7 servers as SDS and ESXi as SDC

While upgrading get the error

Have verified the installation id and its correct. Anyone encounter this before?
