The package directly download link gives me this message -
The drives page show v3.5 need to "Request Access".
Looks like v3.5 is not public accessible.

Version 3.5 requires a valid customer login account to download it. It also has a 90 day time limit too, after which you will need to ensure proper licenses have been applied.
