Dell Precision 3930 Rack support GPU-P ?

Hello,

We have a Dell Precision 3930 Rack and we would like to create a VM using Hyper-V that can have access to the Host machine's Hardware (GPU-P). We have faced a problem where the error indicates that the machine does not allow PCI Express bus control over the BIOS or UEFI. I have verified the BIOS and I couldn't find anything related to ACS Enable (Access Control Service). Visrtualization is already enabled.

My question is does the Dell Precision 3930 Rack support GPU-P ?
