Precision T7910 Boot from PCI HBA

The integrated SAS controller on my T7910 seems to be dying.  I have an HBA PCI card (SXTAIGOOD 9211-8i in IT mode) that I want to boot from but the A32 bios does not list it when I go into Add Boot Option in the Boot Sequence screen.  Just curious if anyone with this model has been able to boot from PCI.  I also can't get into the HBA cards configuration from the Dell Bios, and so perhaps there is a setting on the card that would help.  I have the system disk now connected to the HBA card, so I know there is a bootable system connected, but the BIOS does not recognize it.
