Can't install drivers after motherboard replacement - Precision 3571

Got the motherboard replaced yesterday, and the computer is acting up. I can't install any drivers from Dell.
I noticed that I was missing "Dell Client Management Service", manually install Dell update got the Dell Client Management Service back, but the service is always not running. 
Renaming C:\ProgramData\Dell\UpdatePackage will temporarily start it, but that doesn't help with the installation of drivers. 
I used Universal Extractor to extract the driver but getting errors about that exact service.
