Precision 5480 laptop with the dual Intel / Nvidia GPU. Trying to completely disable the dynamic contrast or brightness on the laptop screen (from the Intel driver I believe) that keeps changing between light and dark apps.

Seems like this setting keeps changing in the Intel Graphics Command app, or what I found on the topic with older systems is otherwise deprecated.
