Hi,

Dell Precision 3590/ 3591 BIOS 1.23 is withdrawn. It may have existed but no any more. Today the latest is 1.22.

Here is picture from Dell Command Update history.

I have never seen before DCU automatically downgrading BIOS version. I am not surprised if users complain too many BIOS updates.  Today System Information will show BIOS 1.22 as installed.

Google finds the missing 1.23 information
