How to update

What's the best way to update drivers for my Precision 7760?

Dell Command Update does not appear to show all the available updates.  Dell SupportAssist is freezing.

Can I just go to NVIDIA's website and download the latest compatible driver?   Can I go to Intel's website and do the same?
