Install Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS to Dell precision 5560

I have created bootable USB the Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS using Rufus.
My laptop Dell precision 5560.
My BIOS version 1.29.0.

What i don't understand why my usb flash drive does not recognized when i load. This laptop has only type-c ports. Thats why i use usb type c hub adapter. Is it possible that i need to use usb flash drive with type-c port ?

This is how it looks like :

Iam sure that is not the root cause but anyway..

On my boot config i don't see usb flash drive as recognized device .

That's why i configure it manually pressin "Add Boot Options"

Pressin "Browse for file... "  and i see list of possible options and i selected

And after all this selections i got

When i restarted the laptop i see in options Ubuntu and i select

after reloading i see this error:

What i do wrong and why laptop does not detect this usb flash drive on the beginning of loading OS. This usb flash drive is Ok because i already install Ubuntu on another computer from it
