Precision 3470 touchpad not working
I have an issue with the touchpad working intermittently on my new precision 3470; the external mouse works with no problem, but the touchpad would just stop after a few minutes... have someone experienced the same problem? I've installed all the most up-date-drivers, etc.

check for a BIOS update with the Dell Support Assistant tool

My company have issued 100+ this model and no users reported this issue so far.
