Precision 3581 with WD22TB4
Hello,
I have a Dell Precision 3581 with WD22TB4 dock, after upgrading to Windows 11 Thunderbolt stopped working. It looks like the dock is now running an alternate mode (USB-C) which means one of my two 4k displays is limited to 30Hz.
Thunderbolt Control Center is now showing nothing - no WD22TB4, no available ports.
Of course, all available drivers and firmware updates are installed and up to date.
How can I get back to 2*60Hz for my two 4k displays?
Greetings,
Hauke

Your operating system upgrade may have conflicted settings and corrupted drivers. You do have a limited time for making change and revert back to previous operating system and restore to your docking station setup.
Otherwise, perform a clean install of Win 11 to your device and reconnect to your docking station setup.
