Thermal Throttling 7770
My system is Precision 7770 with:
i9-12950HX, RTX A5500, 32GB CAMM DDR5-4800, Windows 11 Pro
In multicore uses the CPU severely throttles down to 2.4GHz or even less. CPU package hits 100C almost instantly and downclocks immediately. It seems I'm not the only one with that problem. The system performs worse than i5.
Is it recognised officially by Dell?

I can't speak to that, but my work-arounds are here:

Yeah, no. They don't work at all in this case.
CPU hits 100 degrees C in less than 5 seconds when under load. Multithreaded performance is about 40-50% less than other notebooks with i9-12950HX. It really is frustrating.

If the issue is the same after the driver update, please run a Video Stress Test Using Support Assist and record the results using AlienAdrenaline
To perform the video test, open support assist
1. Click on "Troubleshooting" from the Home Screen.
2. Click on "I want to check a specific piece of hardware".
3. Click on "Video card", and perform the test.

I don't have any issues with video card. Why do you create service request for that?!
