    Hi

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Then lookup and try these commands

    getmac

    ping 127.0.0.1

The getmac will list MAC addresses, and upto 3 is the norm (ethernet, bluetooth and WI-FI),

the ping to 127.0.0.1 will work if an adapter is present.

So if you can lots more info we can then try and help you on the exact nature of the problem.

      Kind Regards

    Hi

I was rather hoping for a Dell model number etc etc.

Since it looks like you have BlueTooth and they are normally on the same adapter, it suggests a software error with your Wi-Fi.

So if you can tell more about it the better the help will be.

      Kind Regards

    Hi

The attached file 0toF.txt should be renamed 0toF.bat, and then run, posting what you can back.

    If in doubt please ask.

      Kind Regards

    Hi

So the ping to 127.0.0.1 was successful, which means....

Working TCP/IP stack: A reply confirms that your operating system's networking software is installed and running correctly.

With no Wireless interface being "present", you may need to replace it.

You didn't post the getmac to see if there are MAC addresses for wifi, bluetooth and ethernet.

The results of these two may have helped...

    ipconfig /all
    msinfo32

Therefore in the absence of of further/better info, I suggest you visit a local Dell repairer.

    If in doubt please ask.

      Kind Regards

    Hi

I think you are either using a VPN and/or Virtualisation.

You are telling me nothing about your networking to enable me to give a sensible suggestion.

Take it to a local repair shop and have them fixit for you.

    I wish you luck.

    BYE.

      Kind Regards
