1320c Colour alignment and no program file

Question

Just bought 1320c - it is printing but the colours are out of alignment. Think I have found the correct bit of the manual (Colour Registration Chart) but when I try to open the tool box I find that the Program file 'Dell Printers' is empty so I cannot open Tools to find out if this will solve my problem.   Any help on the lack of program file or how to align the colours would be much appreciated.
