C2665dnf scanning multiple pages using document feeder not working.
Hello,
I am using the windows built in program Microsoft Office Document Scanning and when I select the correct options to scan using the document feeder, the printer only scans the first page, then says it has a document jam - but there is no jam. It just won't scan the next pages. I know the feeder works because the printer is days old and copies multiple pages when I use the copy feature.
It is worth noting that the printer is set up wirelessly, not sure if that is part of the problem. The printer scans single pages using the flatbed glass no problem, so it works over wireless in that mode.
I can't figure it out. I don't know why the printer didn't come with a scanner software tool, seems insane for how much the printer cost.

do you face problem when carrying out Copy job from the document feeder, this is to isolate the problem whether it is due to hardware or software.
The printer comes with twain driver(much more features rich than microsoft default WSD Scan), you can use any graphics software to do the scanning with the driver.
Alternatively, use the Dell Document Hub feature to do Scanning to Cloud,
