Laser printer menu is blank. Printer works but unable to make any changes or input from front panel. Menu is blank. Have tried powering down and also unplugging unit from outlet.
I have the same issue with my Dell E525W blank display, display backlight works, but nothing displayed. I can scan, but there is also an issue with the printer continuing to jam.

Do you see any light on the display panel, is the display backlight on & is it blank or is there no light on the display panel at all?
Since this is not a repairable part, you will need to get this replaced if the printer is under warranty.
