HI IVYROSE,

Can you scan to thumb drive or flash media card?

Here is the software for OS deployment;

Hi,

Here are some steps that I hope can help you connect your printer to your computer without a disc.

  1. First, see to it that the USB cable is attached to both the printer and the computer:
  2. Go to Dell Printer Home > Settings tab > Click Wireless setup utility.
  3. Once the wireless network name appears, click on your network and click on continue then enter the network key.
  4. Wait untilt the Allow Dell Software window appears.
  5. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer and printer when instructed.
  6. Finish - Printer is now setup on network.

in case your wireless network name does not appear on the list, follow these steps:

  1. Choose and click on "Unlisted Network".
  2. Enter your Network Name, and then "Continue".
  3. Select your router's Network Security, click "Continue", then enter the network key.

After step #3 follow steps 4 to 6 as discussed above.

Hope these steps will help you! :emotion-1:

ivyrose,

To be able to scan and fax, the OCR program is needed, which in on the printer disk.

You mentioned that you cannot locate the printer disk, correct?
