Can't download Linux recovery image

I need some real assistance. I am using Dell Vostro 3581, it comes with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS operation system. When I am trying to download recovery image for the dell official website but it's shows a message like "Recovery image currently unavailable" . I need an Linux os for.my Laptop. Please somebody help me .....
