Inspiron 5480, shuts down during Zoom call
Hi,
I have the same issue with my Inspiron 14 5480 and the support could not help me. Some one find out what the solution is?

* Be sure that the provided external power adapter is connected to the Laptop
* Open the Dell Power Manager software
* Go to Thermal Management
* Select Ultra Performance
* Exit the Dell Power Manager software
* Launch Zoom and click on your profile picture
* Go to Settings- Video
* Click the Advanced button
* Under, "Use hardware acceleration for", untick all and retest Zoom
