The New My Dell App - A Good Idea?

I haven't found a full description of the new My Dell app on Dell's website. The most I've seen thus far is marketing-speak that says the app uses AI to optimize my computer's overall performance.

I feel capable of managing my XPS 8960's performance on my own, and have no desire for AI to make decisions for me.

Is there actually a detailed description of this app? I will almost certainly skip this, but I'd like to know I'll be missing, if anything.
