Probably your lamps gone bad , try a different lamp or try reseating the same lamp ( I mean turn off the projector and let it cool down for say 30-45 minutes and then unscrew the 2 little screws with a philips screwdriver ( See manual for lamp replacement kit before you do this ) take out the same lamp and reseat it and then see how it works and if still nothing replace the lamp but the thing is lamps are very expensive so contacting dell would be better and believe this is what they would ask you to do or they would ask you to unplug all the cables from the projector and hold down the power button for 20 secs and then reconnect and check but it wont work and if it does it works only for a while

sometimes that did to me to
just unplug power cord and plug after 3 min
and almost times will be restart
