3300 MP ALL Ligths Flashing...

Hi all... Hopefully someone can shed some light on this problem i'm having...

I just received the 3300MP projector, and was testing it... within an hour of using it it shut off and the Lamp LED was lit and the control panel said "LAMP FAILURE".

I figured that was strange since i just got the projector brand new out of the box... so i let it cool off and then unplugged it...

When i plugged the power cord the control panel ligths and the LCD screen just start edblinking really fast, and it stayed that way...

Any ideas???

We have also gotten this message. Not getting the blinking lights though. The screen just goes dark, the LCD display reads "LAMP FAILURE". Unplugging the unit, and powering it back up seems to cure things. Til the next time it happens.

Well called tech support and they sent me a new lamp. It didn't fix the problem... Called them again and they sent me a replacement unit...
 
So far everything is working fine.
