R510 - E1422 CPU 1 machine check error. Power cycle AC

The following error occoured two times in the last two weeks.

"E1422 CPU 1 machine check error. Power cycle AC"

Is there any problem with CPU1? I have two X5650.

Following there is the log. I googled now for hours and found nothing practical. What is the problem here?

There are many possible causes for a machine check. The best way to troubleshoot a machine check is to look for other errors that occur when the machine check occurs. Check all available hardware and software logs for anything that might point to a cause.

Machine checks can be software or hardware issues. If there is a change that was made to the system around the time the issue started then that would be another good place to check. You can also use diagnostics to test hardware. Memory issues are common causes of machine check errors. You can find manuals on the server support page.
