AutoStart Module Exchange Instalation error

Hi all.

I am install a AutoStart Module Exchange 2003 and when run the ExchPrep.exe on node1 displays the following error:

Error1: Faulting application ExchPrep.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x000417af.

Error2: The application, C:\Program Files\EMC AutoStart\TRITON\modules\Exchange2003_2.0\ExchPrep.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 12/15/2007 @ 14:48:39.905 The exception generated was 80000007 at address 00000000 (ntdll!KiFastSystemCallRet)

Same command (ExchPrep.exe) in node2 is OK.

Any ideia for solve this error?
Envirnment is:
Node1: Windows 2003 SE SP2 / AutoStart 5.2SP3 / AutoStart Module Exchange 2003 2.0
Node2: Windows 2003 SE SP2 / AutoStart 5.2SP3 / AutoStart Module Exchange 2003 2.0
