can't discover new Clariion array from RM server on host

Hi, first few facts: RM server: win 2003 server SP2, RM v5.2.3.0 RM agent: aix 6.1, ERM Oracle Application Agent V5.2.3.0, EMC Solutions Enabler 7.1.1.0, NAVIAGENT 6.29.5.0, NAVICLI 6.29.5.0, EMCpower.base 5.3.1.0 Clariion: cx4, Flare 04.29.000.5.006, snap view On aix I attached few luns to this aix host, created vg/lv/fs on this host, and have oracle instances on other disks on Symmetrix and other Clariion. When I run refresh on hostname -> properties on RM server i get info about all oracle instances, one symmetrix, one clariion, but new clarrion is not there. I try to run cfgchk.sh wih IP adresses, username and password and all was ok except: Test name: NAVIAGENT_VERSION, because it searches naviagent in /usr/lpp/NAVICLI ( ?!). naviagent is installed in /usr/lpp/NAVIAGENT. I put symbolic link in /usr/lpp/NAVICLI caled naviagent and pointing on /usr/lpp/NAVIAGENT/naviagent, and then cfgchk.sh went ok, but I have same error on array descovery. I noticed that there isnt any navicli command, just naciseccli. Is it possible that I have too new version of navicli? In version 6.28 there are both versions? I was unable to get info about new clariion with 'symcfg discover -clariion', I had to add file with ipaddresses of SPs in it. But I still can add storage to this host on RM. On Clariion I see host regulary ( not 'Agent host not reachable' ). Any clue?

Have you tried to re start the RM Server Can you refer emc211925 Please attach the error from Job History and Summary Log at the time of failure Regards

Could you solve this matter? I have the same issue:

Storage Services could not find a suitable plug-in to process GetStorageDetails message. Make sure that all the source filesystems are mounted and are on supported storage arrays.
