File corruption on target

Has anyone ever seen this. I am running Replistor 6.2.4.4 on two servers, one w2003(source) and the other w2000 (target) . Several FILES became blocked on the target. One of them called link.doc was replicated to the target as a FOLDER called link.doc. This folder contained folders from other folders scattered throughout the partition that I am backing up. I am unable to delete or rename this folder on the target. Any idea's!? Thanks.

I have seen some thing like this but was unable to re-produce after upgrading to RepliStor 6.3 SP1. It may be a bug in 6.2.4.4 with a Windows 2003/2000 mix.

To delete the data, ensure that you have Disabled the Spec as ReplIStor imposes a read-only attribute on the Target files/folders.

I would upgrade to 6.3 SP1 to see if the problem is re-producible. If it is, then open a support case with EMC to have it debugged.

Thanks for the advice Duncan. I ran the sync again and it rectified the problem.
