NAS Volumes

Does anyone know if\how to configure Replistor to have an NAS volume as a Source volume?

I see how you can make a NAS share a Target, but I'm not seeing a way to have it be the source?

Thanks,
John

I don't think you can replicate NAS volumes atleast the mounted ones with UNC path names as source.

That's what I'm seeing as well...
I can replicate to a NAS volume but not from a NAS volume.

I guess I'll have to re-evaluate our design.

Thanks for the input.

Looks like 6.2 SP2 now includes source NAS volume replication... Yeah...
Just downloaded it and will be testing shortly.

Please bear in mind that there are also limitations that come with using NAS on the Source.

Please review article esg91188 via PowerLink. It describes these limitations.
