Unable to integrate RepliStor to AD

Hi All,
I am trying to install Replistor on 2 W2K3 servers, one of which is the DC for the domain. The following are the details:

Server1: Win2K3 R2 on VM, DC, DNS, IIS, SQL2K5 Exp., Source
Server2: Win2K3 R2 on VM, member server, IIS, SQL2K5 Exp., Target

I'm hoping to be able to use Replistor to create a DR scenario using the alias feature so that the web application, DC as well as SQL is available to the users from the target machine if the source fails.

I am running into problems when I try attaching either of the servers and the following are the errors I get:

1.Active Directory Error (User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM): 2147950650 - The server is not operational.

2.Error in searching the Active Directory for all sites: Windows-text: 2147950650 - The server is not operational.

Description
An error was encountered trying to read the site list. The Domain controller may be unavailable.

3.Active Directory Error (User: \): Unknown error code (-1073610728). Reason=317

4.Error in searching the Active Directory for all sites: Windows-text: Unknown error code (-1073610728). Reason=317

From what I understand, it appears that Replistor is not able to contact the AD, in the first server's case, though the AD is local. Also, there are no connectivity or user authentication issues when a user logs into the domain from the 2nd server. I am not sure where to look for the problem and would much appreciate, suggestions and/or hints from the members here.

Thanks and regards
Aster

Aster, since you installed RepliStor on a DC, it may be likely you are seeing these errors because the RepliStor service starts first, and tries to query AD before its up. These errors are typical especially upon a reboot.

Do you consistently see these errors returned throughout the day?
Do you only see them after rebooting the DC?
