Please Help! My 4100 computer "freezes up" during start up.  This happens each time as it loads my wallpaper screen and notes that "improper shut down detected" and is scanning the disc for errors.  Before it completes the scan disc procedure it freezes up.

I am rapidly thinking this card was a mistake. I have a few problems: 1) I keep getting the disable TV display screen on startup which seems to mean the TV display is enabled. I have no green enable disable button next to the tv it is all "grayed out". 2) I cannot get channel 2 CBS (comcast cable
