question about udoctor and esrs gateway 2.20.x

hello

i have a question about udoctor..

i have a clariion that do many calls for trespass becasue off customer configuration , so was thinking about installing udoctor , the problem , i think , is that i have esrs gateway 2.20.x  to monitor storages .

do anyone knows if udoctor is supported only with esrs ip client ar also esrs gateway server to filter calls ?

Hello giacomo; : I noticed your support inquery, sorry for the late response.

I am assuming you have a Claralert Management Station  with ConnectEMC configured for Callhome to ESRS

To have UDoctor installed your management Station needs to meet requirements and your Clariions needs to be at release 19 - 29, you did not mention VNX, nor File / Block  or Celerra .

Your Claralert Station has to be configured to Centralized Monitoring  Claralert version 6.26x or higher

So  If you meet the requirements you may have UDoctor installed on your management Station, or ESRS IP Client for VNX (clarion too) would be your best bet it will process your dial homes, and filter them, send them to connectEMC which will process them and send out though ESRS to EMC which will  process them and create a case if needed.

So if your Management Station meets the requirement then  UDoctor can be installed, or the ESRS IP Client Package can be installed which has UDoctor and additional software that will process your CallHomes
