Am I able to edit the default settings of Shortcut Activity?

I have SourceOne 6.6 and I would like to be able to edit the default settings of the Shortcut Activity.  Meaning, when I right click on the "Shortcut" Policy and then click on "New Activity", I want some of the settings to always come up to what I use every time and not what the default is; ie:"Dates for the activity" is a default of "90 days or older" but we go by "120 days or older" so I have to change that setting every time I run a new activity.  How do I change the default to be "120 days or older" so no change is needed for every activity created?
