Hi Jonnie,

The pop-up that comes up usually meant to have cancel button that users can use to cancel the request for retrieval.

Do we know if users can cancel the pop-up or not ? If it is re-occurring on a regular basis I would suggest contacting EMC support to have the issue reviewed.

Hi Rajan

Yes, the popup does have a cancel button and as soon as the user clicks this the retrieval of the email is cancelled but it immediately starts to retrieve the next one, and this continues indefinitely even if cancelling each popup that comes up.

I will be opening a support request with EMC, I just wanted to know if anyone else had come across this before.  But yes, it is re-occurring although I have no way of replicating it on demand, its just seems to occur randomly.

Hi Jonnie,

That would be odd behavior if it automatically starts another pull.

Can you please also check “restore on copy” and “restore on move” settings ? These will play role if bulk operation is done.
