Upgrade ES1 from 6.5 to 6.6

Question

I want to upgrade the SourceOne for MS Exchange from 6.5 to 6.6. Currently ES1 v6.5 is running with DX to write on Centera. Now I want to eleminate the DX and want ES1 to write on Centera directly by selecting the Centera Container option as the storage type for the archive folder.

I want to know the impact on already archived messages??

Samdani,

As of this writing, no migration method exists. It is possible that a utility may exist in the future, but there is no ETA. What can be done in the interim is to create a new archive folder along with the original folder which will need to remain until retention expires or the utility mentioned above exists.

Samdani, Can you be a little more specific concerning montioring and reporting?  What are you looking to monitor along with what type of reports should be generated? Thanks. MJ
