I have a 2025 Alienware Desktop ACT 1250.
I ran all the driver updates and Dell SupportAssist.
When I run a Prefmon /report I get the following error:

Error
Symptom: Unknown
Cause: A device has reported a "Not OK" status.
Details: The device, Intel RST VMD Managed Controller 09AB, is reporting a bad status value. This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_09AB&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&36CB97A3&0&B8.
Resolution: 1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager.

I have the same problem with my xps 9310 over the last 2-3 weeks. I've tried uninstalling the errant driver and restarting to no effect. I see no note of a driver update on the dell site.
