I am experiencing significant system performance degradation (High CPU and Disk I/O) caused by the Dell TechHub Instrumentation SubAgent.
C:\Program Files\Dell\DTP\InstrumentationSubAgent\Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.SubAgent.exe
I have observed the process Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.SubAgent.exe repeatedly spawning esentutl.exe in a loop. The specific commands observed are:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\esentutl.exe /y C:\WINDOWS\system32\sru\SRUDB.dat /d C:\ProgramData\Dell\DTP\DB\SRUDBData\SRUDB_[hash].dat /vss
C:\WINDOWS\system32\esentutl.exe /p C:\ProgramData\Dell\DTP\DB\SRUDBData\SRUDB_[hash].dat /o
Could you please confirm if this is a known bug in my current version of the Dell Instrumentation service?
