SA shows there are no updates, Dell Find Drivers show 7 critical updates
When I go to: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/servicetag/..../drivers and check for updates, it shows that I am up to date with drivers.
But right below when I click on "Find Drivers", it shows I have 7 critical updates.
Why the mismatch? So, do I have updates or not?
Thanks.

Hi sankarmukh:
If the information below doesn't help post back and let us know your Dell computer model, Windows operating system, and current Dell SupportAssist version shown at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features.
Dell is currently in the process of redesigning the Drivers and Downloads page and things are still a bit confusing. If I go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/products and enter my Inspiron 15 5584 computer model it initially takes me to the "old" Inspiron 5584 support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5584-laptop/drivers. If I don't enter my unique Service Tag the Find Drivers link displays a list of all ~ 60 Dell software apps and drivers available for that Inspiron model, including drivers for every make and model of graphics card, Ethernet network card, etc. that might have shipped with that model.
NOTE: To see a filtered list of the 24 updates (out of a total of ~ 60) that match my particular system components (e.g., like my Intel UHD 620 Graphics chip) I must click the "This Device" tab and enter my unique Service Tag as shown below, which now re-directs me to the "new" Drivers and Downloads page.
If I go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/products and enter my unique Service Tag it takes me directly to the "new" Drivers and Downloads page and displays a filtered list of the 24 updates (out of a total of ~ 60) that match my particular system components, but it doesn't automatically check to see if those updates are already installed. NOTE: As of today my Inspiron 15 5584 is also fully patched.
If you have SupportAssist v4.x installed on your computer (which I don't) and it is working correctly I suspect you can run a check for available (missing) updates on that "new" page by scrolling to the top and clicking Driver Updates | Scan Now. I don't know why they hid the "Scan Now" button on this "new" Drivers & Downloads page like that.
-----------
Dell Inspiron 15 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.5247 * Firefox v133.0.3 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.24090.11-1.1.24090.11 * Malwarebytes Premium v5.2.4.157-1.0.5116 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7783 * Dell Update for Windows Universal v5.4.0 * My Dell v2.2.6.0 * Fusion Service 2.2.14.0

I replied to some other user's question. I guess Dell didn't like my answer and replied that spamming other users'
threads is not allowed. Why is it spamming?

@lmacri Thanks for a detailed post. Mine is Inspiron 15 3520. Windows 11 Home. I just bought this 2 months ago. I have support assistant 4.6.2.
Dell did have a mismatch of what drivers are needed and I did search with my service tag.
As you suggested this morning they might have redesigned the Drivers and Downloads page and it reflects what I need.
Thanks again
