LifeCycle IPv6 settings fail to save
Hi, I'm in the process of configuring a T130 for Windows Server 2016 Essentials but I keep hitting a snag in iDRAC setup. I can set IPv4 successfully but repeatedly receive the SWC0001 error despite my attempts to correct the problem.
I've canceled setup, unplugged the machine, and tried again, per the usual instructions. I've tried both NICs. I've tried both DHCP and static IP addressing. IPv4 settings are no problem, just IPv6. The only thing that was suggested that I was unable to try was the NIC Partitioning settings. That's because I'm not intimately familiar with Dell's BIOS and could not find that setting.
Lastly, I was unable to upgrade the firmware because IPv6 turns it into a Catch-22 and I didn't have a blank optical disc or flash drive with me. I've since burned the latest updates to a CD for when I go back in the morning.
Hopefully the new firmware will correct the issue but I'm posting this in case it does not. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Wish I could explain what happened but, upon my arrival this morning, I found the disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared. I changed nothing. I booted up to the configuration, set IPv4, left IPv6 at DHCP, clicked "next" and that was that. I didn't even get a chance to update the firmware.
I guess the IT gods decided to cut me a break.
