problem with iDRAC7 Enterprise r620 Got from ebay
Hey ! I need some help.
I got this server from ebay and it says that is had Idrac 7 Enterprise.
but i get this error on my idrac A required license is missing or expired.
And It says it it Express.
can someone help me get my licence ?
I can send the Tags.

The license would need to be purchased via our Sales channels, purchase the iDRAC7 Enterprise,Perpetual,Digital License 634-BIXU is the part number. You can go to www.dell.com and start a chat, or there will also be an option to call in to speak to someone.

License can be downloaded from below link if you have details on the purchase. As you bought this server from other user, you need to transfer the ownership first. Below link have the details for that as well.

at the time the r620 was present there was no digital locker. Even to day its not that easy.
If you visit the dell support page and insert the ServiceTag you can take a look how the system was delivered from the factory and was a iDRAC enterprise included.
If not ... the former customer may buy one later... but not so likely.
If the server was repaired over the years its the job of the former customer to add its license after the repair. Very likely and i see this often in the past. In the old days you have to call dell support again and they send your existing licensing again because license is bind to the service stag.
