Replace Motherboard No Virtual Console in IDRAC
I replaced Poweredge T140 motherboard due to IDRAC corrupted last month.
The new replacement went well and boot successfully, but in IDRAC, i saw
LIC501:A required license is missing or expired.Obtain an appropriate license fromDell Digital Locker and then try again. If the problem persists, refer to the product documentation or contact technical support.
I did not registered this server under my Dell account when purchased it from Dell years ago. So I submit ownership transfer request in the end of March.
So far, I still not see the software license for this server under my account.
Where can I find the ownership transfer status?
Is this right procedure to get back the digital locker for my old server and transfer to this new motherboard?
