Charging cable for Venue Pro 11

I have a Dell Venue Pro 11 model 7139.  I have the original 24 watt 19.5 volt 1.2 amp charger but I don't have the cable. Will any USB cable with a barrel connecter work? They all seem to be rated for 5 volts DC but the charger output is 19.5 volts. Is the barrel connector on the tablet the only way to charge it because there area also two USB A ports?
