Dell 7210 2-in-1 weird charging behaviour
I'm using an aftermarket USBC PD65W charger. When it works the tablet pulls 0.7 to 2.2Amps.
If I turn off the computer (sleep or restart isn't good) after a few seconds the charger switches to 20V and starts charging like it should. BIOS says 65W AC adapter.
If I unplug and plug it back while Windows is running I get the 5V output flashing which means there's communication but no agreement.
Leaving it plugged in it starts charging randomly. But if I turn the charger off and on it doesn't start charging.
Installed all the drivers, bios update nothing helped.
When I started to install windows 11 it started to change but even with 11 it has this behaviour.
Thunderbolt I disabled.
Peak shift etc is set to 100% and is disabled.
I've used a 100 of this charger in the past with Dell 5290 2-in-1
I have seen this error on half of the 7210 I have purchased.
Any tips?

Original charger. It's better to take the original from eBay for 45 watts than the non-original for 65.
