Hello,
I recently got a new Dell 2-in-1 Inspiron and I then got a dell premium active pen.
I got the pen to connect, but the pen doesn't want to work on my device, even while connected. What can I do about this?

I'm having it to. It work in the beginning but just last week it won't write anymore but the buttons work still.
