I sent you the link to your email on file. Just so you are aware the License server for Community Edition is down, and currently I haven’t got an eta for it to be resolved.

Regarding the licensing server, does this mean that if I don't already have a Community license, I won't be able to use it in my lab? Will I only be able to use it if I purchase the Professional Edition?

Without the license you will not be able to active the software. You will not be able to use it until the license server is fixed and able to issue out a license. Cuerrently I don’t have an eta of when the server will be resolved.
