vFoglight Canned Reports and CPU High

I have been investigating a way to scale back VMs to the resources that they are actually using. The closest report that I have found to help me is the vCluster Capacity and Performance report. The only field I see that it lacks is the CPU Max field. I would imagine that it would be critical to know what this is. More importantly, how often a VM hits it or for how long. To start small, is there a way to edit the vCluster Capacity and Performance template? Also, is there a way to report on CPU Max?
