DOS Exploit Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Spybot keeps picking up malware called DSO Exploit. I can't get rid of it. It keeps coming back. It keeps showing up in 7 entries in HKEY. It says it is a "Low Threat." NAV and Adaware do not pick it up. Any thoughts? How do I get rid of it.
