reposting log- computer running very slowly

My computer is running VERY slowly- like 80+ processes in task manager at all times. My McAffee security center keeps on telling me my computer is not protected no matter how many times I try to fix the problem (i.e. running system scans, updating it, etc.). Also gives me an error saying "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\gzmrotate.dll   This specified module could not be found" everytime I start my computer.
