a lot of VNX5300 alert after reboot

hi, all

I am a newbie of VNX. and now I have a problem about the VNX5300 alert.

we had a power outage yesterday so the VNX5300 had a reboot.

then I keep receving email alerts until today as the below screenshot. Every alert has the same content as below:

Time Stamp 03/29/13 02:06:48 (GMT) Event Number 2041 Severity Warning Host A-IMAGE Storage Array FCN00115100058 SP N/A
Device N/A Description The storage system received too many events in this poll cycle to display here. This event does not necessarily indicate a problem.

I log in trying to clear these alerts only to find that there is only 1 alert in VNX5300----->System----->Monitoring and Alerts----->Alerts....

So my question is where can I cancel these alerts?

Solution:

VNX for Block：restart management server;

VNX for File：Refer the primus emc273249.

呃 我restart了management server，但是又收到了五六封了。。。。

如果不是新生成的告警信息，可以用emc273249的方法将其删除。

根据时间戳 ，不是历史告警，而是新生成的告警。 每封邮件的内容都如下所示。。。。已经持续好久了。。。 Time Stamp 05/21/13 08:55:21 (GMT) Event Number 2003 Severity Information Host A-IMAGE Storage Array FCN00115100058 SP N/A Device N/A Description The storage system received too many events in thispoll cycle to display here. 我发现以前有论坛用户也收到和你一样的告警信息，帖子地址：Multiple event 2003 "The storage system received too many events in this poll cycle to display here"，他的问题最后查下来是一个bug引起滴。

你可以使用emc273249去删除相关告警信息，如果还有类似告警就可能要开case连线查了。

问题解决了，原因如下：

进入engineering mode----》storage groups------》connect hosts-----》Advanced，发现storage group包含的12台主机里，有2台主机各有一条路径没有被勾上。。发生了lun tresspass storm。呃够粗心的，我的这个问题不具备典型意义，仅供参考

勾上后，2小时了尚未收到alerts。。平时每隔10分钟就哗啦啦的几封。。。我觉得是解决了吧！
