There are no soft fixes for physically bad hard drives.
drive is dead game over

those are ePSA error codes
and the manual tells you that is a bad HDD.
SMART fails, and never lies about that.
2000-0151
if the HDD did not fall loose (connections) it's bad. run the FULL ePSA just on hdd, clicking full test on bottom?

replace HDD
install your OS fresh from install media, usb stick or DVD, or for backup images.
vast posts here on hdd failure codes, , vast. on topic, do some searching
if the HDD is silent it is dead.
or smart test show it is failing IT IS.
if hDD fails that means the recovery partition too is gone (or very corrupted)
the are fit in the same bucket, so....
