Dell Vostro 14 3400
I want to install android x86 on external hard disk but my dell vostro 14 3400 laptop does not boot from bootable usb instead it boot from window 11. I have changed boot order.

You'll need to verify that the install flash drive supports UEFI boot and may also need to turn off secure boot to allow it to boot the system.

Thanks. Now system boot from flash drive and initial installation screen appear but when I select the choice and hit enter screen got blank and system restart with native window 11.

If the system has Windows installed by Dell, it likely is running in Intel IRST (RAID) mode, meaning you will need a driver for the operating system you're trying to run (assuming you plan to install it to the system's SSD).
