Dell Vostro 15 3000 GPU driver needed

Hello,

I bought a Dell vostro 15 3000 series on which I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and I am looking for a proper graphic card driver.
I have installed the following gpu driver which I found on Dell's official driver site (https://www.dell.com/support/home/hr/en/hrbsdt1/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=dddf8)

Eventhough I have installed it, I still get a huge fps problem in game an old game (CS:S). I got only 15 fps even with all the settings set to low.
